  • ≥ 3 months
  • Have active shoulder flexion and abduction of at least 90 degrees
  • Be able to sit in a chair for at least 30 minutes
  • NOT have musculoskeletal pain >5 out of 10 on the Visual Analog Scale
  • NOT have a history of significant head trauma
