This trial is enrolling 24 participants with chronic incomplete traumatic spinal cord injury to test the effect of combined brain and spinal cord stimulation on lower extremity function. If included, participants will attend 32 treatment sessions over 16 weeks and receive transcutaneous spinal stimulation (tSS) combined with lower limb rehabilitation, with either active or sham transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). tSS is a non-invasive technique that uses surface electrodes to deliver electrical stimulation aimed at modifying spinal cord function. TMS is a non-invasive technique which uses a magnetic field to stimulate the brain. A coil (held over the head) delivers the magnetic stimulation. Final testing of lower extremity function will be performed after 20 weeks.
