This trial is enrolling 38 participants with chronic incomplete spinal cord injury to test the effect of robotic rehabilitation combined with functional electrical stimulation (FES) bicycle ergometry on walking function. FES is a technique that applies electrical stimulation through the skin to nerves to cause contraction of weakened or paralyzed muscles. If included, participants will undergo robotic-assisted walking therapy for 30 minutes, 5 times per week for 4 weeks, either with or without FES bicycle ergometry. Final testing of walking function will be performed after 4 weeks.
